Induction Year: 2016-17

Induction Class of 2017

The 1967 men's volleyball team finished 8-2 in the MIVA after finishing without a win the previous season. Under the direction of head coach Jackson Bailey, a member of the inaugural class inducted into the MIVA Hall of Fame, the Quakers took first place in one MIVA Tournament and finished runner-up in the other. After falling in the MIVA Tournament, Earlham rebounded to win the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) District 21 Championship. Due to the NAIA not having a national tournament, the Quakers took fifth place in the USBVA Championships in Detroit, Michigan.

Team members include: seniors Bob Stein, Tom Hooker, Bob Boettiger, Bob Chatelain, Paul Schaefer and Ron Kidder; junior Mike West; sophomores Bill Telfair, John Stroman, and Dave Cope; and freshmen Mark Dannenhauer, Tim Knowles, Wally Dietz, Guy Kovner, and Eric Rumsey - Head Coach, Jackson Bailey.
