The 1995 men’s cross country team has the distinction of being Earlham’s only outright North Coast Athletic Conference champion. The team was 52-5 overall and 15-0 in NCAC. The Quakers were fifth of 24 teams in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Div. III Great Lakes Regional.

Andy White, Dave Brummel, Matt Calder and Troy Gottfried earned All-NCAC honors. White, a 2007 Earlham Athletics Hall of Fame inductee, and Brummel were on the first team with Calder and Gottfried on the second. White was named the team’s Most Outstanding Runner, while Matt Woida was selected as the Most Improved Runner.
